Terms of Service

Crafted is a creative studio that helps companies produce content, ads, and visuals — pairing real designers with AI so great work ships faster. This website is operated by Crafted AI ("Crafted", "we", "us"). When we refer to "the Services", we mean our website at crafted.so, the application at app.crafted.so, and any creative work we deliver to you.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Crafted on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Some parts of Crafted require an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us as soon as you can if you think your account has been compromised.

When you brief a project, we'll confirm scope, timeline, and price before we start. Material changes are written down in the brief or an amendment — if scope grows, cost and timing may grow with it. Revisions are included as agreed; extra rounds beyond that are billed separately.

Fees are stated in your order, quote, or subscription. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are due within 14 days and can be paid in EUR, USD, or NOK. Late invoices may pause work on your active projects.

Once we've been paid in full for a project, you own the final deliverables we create for you and can use them for any lawful purpose. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, workflows, and anything we bring to the project beforehand, as well as the right to show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

You'll often share brand assets, briefs, and reference material with us — you keep ownership of everything you share. By sharing it, you grant Crafted the license we need to deliver your project: storing it, adapting it, and combining it with our work. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to share what you send us.

Crafted uses AI alongside human designers. Where AI-generated outputs are used in your deliverables, a human reviews, edits, and approves them — AI doesn't ship unchecked. AI outputs may not be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction and can occasionally resemble existing material; we take reasonable care but recommend you review sensitive work with your own legal team before public release.

Please don't use Crafted to do anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't probe, scrape, or overload our systems, don't upload malware, and don't try to reverse-engineer our tools. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and only use it to work together. This doesn't apply to information that's already public, that you already knew, or that has to be disclosed by law.

We'll perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from creative work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crafted's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

You agree to cover Crafted for any third-party claims caused by content you give us, by how you use the deliverables we provide, or by your breach of these Terms.

Either side can end a project or an account with reasonable written notice. If we end things because of a material breach, we're not obliged to refund fees already earned. Sections that by nature should survive termination — ownership, confidentiality, liability, and these general terms — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the change is material, we'll tell you before it takes effect — usually by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, where Crafted is based. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Oslo, unless local law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
